We joined Sophie in late December 2025 after launching our first product on Amazon. We had an onboarding call with our PPC strategist Adam Turner and created a clear plan on how to grow our brand, increase our sales and manage our advertising. Adam set clear goals and helped us to understand the best ways in which to grow our brand successfully. A weekly/bi weekly call was scheduled to keep us updated and to show us how things were progressing.
After Adam Turner was given a promotion within the company we were reassigned to Oliver Cooper to continue our journey with Sophie. Oli quickly introduced himself to us and we discussed both our goals and his goals for our brand. We receive weekly updates from Oli outlining our achievements and what we need to work on to keep growing but to stay profitable. Our experience with Sophie so far has been very good and we hope to continue achieving our goals and growing our brand.

Great agency, great PPC managers, probably more but I only use PPC management for now 🙂 My PPC Manager Chris Pollock is helping us grow our brands and sales with his extensive knowledge. I give more importance to other things than knowledge, which are clear communication and understanding of my busineses situation and restrictions, he listens me and plan and implement accordingly. We grow slowly than desired due to my restrictions, but this is what I asked and I am happy with our steady progress.
I also joined AI challenge of Sophie Society which was my first challenge, This was great with Chris Rawlings and all other great people I can’t name all. I will try to join all future challenges from now on.
I recommend them to any Amazon seller. When your account is growing and you need more time to concentrate on other aspects of the business you could delegate part of the job (like starting with PPC) to them without thinking twice.
